Call Recording

Call recording can be a valuable tool for departments that deal with a high volume of phone calls. The service helps ensure quality control and regulatory compliance, order verification, and incident reconstruction. The Call Recording service is only available for VoIP phone service.

Call recording services provide departments with the ability to monitor and record phone calls, offering:

  • Automatic recording, defined for either all calls or a certain percentage of calls
  • Live monitoring/real-time reporting 
  • Self archiving, storage, and retrieval of recorded calls

In addition to the monthly costs associated with phone lines, features, and sets, the monthly call recording charge is $10 per line for those lines in a call center environment. For lines outside a call center environment, the monthly charge is $18 per line.
