Server Purchasing

The Quarterly Server Buy coordinates server purchases on a quarterly basis for all University of Missouri departments. Consolidated purchasing provides the opportunity to capitalize on savings through additional quantity and volume discounts beyond the contractual savings offered by vendors on individual orders.

The Quarterly Server Buy coordinates server purchases on a quarterly basis for all University of Missouri departments. Consolidated purchasing provides the opportunity to capitalize on savings through additional quantity and volume discounts beyond the contractual savings offered by vendors on individual orders.

Participation in the Quarterly Server Buy encourages participation from all campuses and departments within the University of Missouri system and requires that all orders be submitted by the following dates:

  • January 8
  • April 8
  • July 8
  • October 8

Orders submitted after January 8, April 8, July 8, and October 8 will be subject to review and may not be eligible for discount. Orders cannot be processed if the information submitted is not accurate. Orders will be placed at the end of each purchase month.
