Welcome back Faculty members,
The Division of IT Classroom Audio Visual Equipment Support team (CAVES) has updated many of our classrooms across campus to Zoum Rooms. These rooms function like a Zoom meeting but allow you to control the room AV equipment from one familiar interface. Over the course of the next week, CAVES will host three training sessions on how to use the AV systems in our newly updated classrooms and auditoriums. The sessions will be available in person for hands on experience. If you cannot make one of these sessions and would like to meet with a CAVES staff member in your classroom, please email caves@missouri.edu and we will make every effort to accommodate a session outside of these times.
We encourage you to become familiar with the technology in the rooms. For any AV questions or technical issues, call 882-5000 select option 2. For details on how to locate Zoum rooms across campus, please visit https://caves.missouri.edu.
