Important Information

Existing Individual Grammarly Users: Any current users who are still using a campus domain such as @umkc.edu,@umsl.edu,@missouri.edu, @mst.edu will need to change their email address to their @umsystem.edu email using the steps outlined here. This will ensure that they do not end up with two separate Grammarly accounts and don’t lose any of their data/preferences in the process. Unfortunately, we cannot implement a change to an individual user’s email from Grammarly’s end without an explicit request from the user.

How to Order Go to doitservices.missouri.edu to request Grammarly. In the Service Catalog, under Software, select Other. Due to the upcoming TDX migration, there is not a Cherwell form for Copilot requests.

The university will utilize Single Sign-on, allowing users to log in with their university credentials once a license has been purchased.

Eligibility

Eligible to Purchase from DoIT:

• Columbia Campus-Faculty and Staff
• UM System-Faculty and Staff
• Departments may purchase licenses via MoCode for their employed students

At this time, Grammarly has not been approved for use due to enhanced security requirements at:

• MU Health Care
• MU School of Medicine
• MU Sinclair School of Nursing
• MU College of Health Sciences
