Campus IT Help Desk Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: Noon to 8 p.m.


Winter break hours

  • Tuesday, Dec. 24: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Dec. 25-Wednesday, Jan. 1: Closed
  • Normal operating hours resume Thursday, Jan. 2

TIGERTECH SERVICE

Desktop support technicians are located at the Walk Up Support location at the back of the TigerTech store, providing a centralized and convenient service center for students, faculty, and staff. Services include hardware repair, file/disk recovery, backup and restoration, software installation, and general troubleshooting.
