Get Ready for class with IT

The Division of IT is here to help you get your account and technology set up before classes begin. Starting June 6 – July 11 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., make sure to stop in TigerTech, located 901 Rollins Street in lower level of the Mizzou Store, for help downloading any necessary apps, double checking your account information, and installing any required software before you arrive on campus to guarantee a smooth start to the Fall semester. New Service Management Solution coming 2024

In Spring 2023, the Division of IT Enterprise Service Management team collaborated with a steering committee representing campuses in the UM System and MU Health Care to assess alternative ticketing solutions. The goal was to replace Cherwell, the current service management platform, with a system that would meet both current and future needs. After thorough research and feedback, the committee chose TeamDynamix as the new, comprehensive ticketing system. Enjoy all the benefits of being a Mizzou student and get the software you need at a discount. Students can purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud license for only $60 – saving more than $500 off the retail price! This license gives Tigers access to every Adobe Creative suite desktop application, cloud-based storage and more. The annual license can be purchased any time and expires July 21 every year. Incoming Tigers: Submit your photo ID to set up your move-in appointments

Your Student ID (TigerCard) is important. It’s more than just your room key in your residence hall and your access to campus dining meal plans and dining locations. You must submit your photo before you can sign-up for a residence hall move-in appointment.  Before attending Orientation on campus, submit your photo online at least one week ahead of your Orientation session or Advising Appointment. If you are attending virtually, submit your photo and you will receive an email with details on how to pick up your ID. All photos must be approved, so read the directions carefully.
