The renewal period for AutoCAD ended July 31, 2025. An extra week was provided to allow time for approvals in the TDX ticket system, and the renewal was finalized and sent for processing on August 7. If you did not submit your renewal information during this time, the original pricing is no longer valid and a new quote will need to be requested following the instructions below.

How to Order

Please ensure you thoroughly review the quote prior to approving the purchase. Autodesk has many products with similar names and features, so be sure the item on the quote is the item you need. 

Transfer Autodesk Licenses: In the description make a detailed note about the license you would like transferred. Please include the old and new user’s full name, SSO ID (username), and department on all requests. The software sales team will then transfer the license in the Autodesk portal. 

License Policy

All licenses are based on the stated license period, regardless of the date they were purchased. This means that to maintain access, they must be renewed annually. Please ensure you keep track of your renewal dates to avoid any interruptions in service.

It is the policy of the University of Missouri to honor software license agreements and to require all users to do likewise. The Division of Information Technology will not knowingly assist, or permit its equipment to be used, in violation of such agreements. The software must not be copied for someone else or loaned to someone else for them to copy.

The license agreement expires upon the termination of the user’s affiliation with the University of Missouri.
