Faculty and staff: Help test Microsoft 365 Copilot
The MU Division of IT is conducting a pilot project to evaluate the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Underway through September 2025, the pilot project will help evaluate the AI tool before it’s considered for use more broadly across the university. The pilot project is open to University of Missouri and UM System faculty and staff.

New TeamDynamix ticketing portals launching soon
The Division of IT has been working over the past year to modernize our ticketing system as we transition from Cherwell to TeamDynamix (TDX). Our Enterprise Service Management team is partnering with project teams to ensure portals will be up and running for their scheduled launch dates. Several portals have either gone live or will be going live in the coming months.
