The IT Accessibility Center is a part of the University of Missouri’s Division of IT that helps ensure students, faculty, and staff have equal access to computing opportunities. Whether it is assistive technology, alternative formats, web accessibility, or workstation ergonomics, each individual’s capabilities and limitations are taken into account when deciding what is best. The goal is to make sure that tasks, functions, information and the environment suit each user. Some options are open to everyone at MU, other options are available to currently enrolled students who are working with Disability Services and have demonstrated a need for more specialized accommodations.
