The newest version of Adobe’s Creative Suite is called the Creative Cloud (CC). Though the moniker “cloud” seems to indicate programs and projects will be stored in the cloud, the applications are downloaded and installed on your computer. To comply with contractual obligations, this software may only be installed on University owned equipment.
We are currently moving from a serialized enterprise license key to named user license keys. Until this is in place, we are working to extend the current license key.
Please note: Software purchased through the Division of IT will no longer be prorated as of July 1, 2017. Each license is subject to a specific license cycle and the cost of that license will remain the same regardless of the expiration date.
Departments can go to doitservices.missouri.edu to request and renew Adobe Products. Login to the self-service portal with your University user id and password, select Service Catalog, and search for Adobe.
Please indicate the desired OS version (e.g. Windows, Mac) on the MyServices order form.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be processed.
It is the policy of the University of Missouri to honor software license agreements and to encourage all users to do likewise. The Division of Information Technology will not knowingly assist in, or permit its equipment to be used in, violation of such agreements. The software must not be copied for someone else or loaned to someone else for them to copy. Departmental purchases must be made using a MoCode or Pcard. The license agreement expires upon the termination of the user’s affiliation with the University of Missouri.
