Adobe products require that users log in with username@umsystem.edu.

Adobe Creative Cloud: includes software for graphic design, video editing, web development and photography as a yearly subscription. These applications are installed on your university desktop computer/laptop via automated management tools. Adobe allows the software to be installed on two computers at one time; but must be used by the same person with the same Adobe ID.

A benefit for faculty/staff, after the University purchase, is that you can install the Creative Cloud applications onto one personal device from adobe.com.

Adobe Creative Cloud includes Adobe Acrobat. For a full list of applications included with Adobe Creative Cloud, go to adobe.com.

Adobe Captivate: provides you ultimate eLearning authoring freedom. License includes access to the all-new Adobe Captivate and Adobe Captivate Classic. Adobe Captivate is only available for Columbia Faculty and Staff.

Adobe Framemaker: the industry-standard tool for authoring and publishing multilingual technical content across mobile, web, desktop, and print. Framemaker is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WINDOWS. Adobe Framemaker is only available for Columbia Faculty and Staff.

Purchase or Renew Adobe Licenses

License period is July 22 to July 21 regardless of purchase date.

Students will be required to log in with username@umsytem.edu.
