Adobe Creative Cloud
License Period: July 28 through July 27 (Annual Renewal Required)
ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD (CC):
This license provides access to professional creative and business tools that are standard in the modern workplace. For a full list of applications included with Adobe CC, go to adobe.com. A benefit for faculty/staff with an Adobe CC license is that you can install the applications on one personal device.
Is the Adobe CC license right for you?
- If you need to modify PDFs outside of Adobe Reader, you will need an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) license. Adobe Creative Cloud includes Acrobat Pro, which is essential for editing, and managing PDF documents.
Adobe CC License Transfers: Adobe CC licenses assigned to a single user’s Single Sign-On ID (SSO) and are non-transferable. This means that if you have an individual license, it’s specifically tied to the user and cannot be reassigned to someone else. Adobe CC shared device licenses, like those we use for lab computers, can be transferred from one computer to another. However, it’s important to remember that the license can only be active on one device at a time.
ADOBE STOCK:
An Adobe CC license provides you with access to the vast majority of the assets within the Adobe Stock Portfolio. For information on Adobe Stock visit: stock.adobe.com

License Policy
By installing and accessing the Adobe applications, you agree that you will not store any sensitive data in the Adobe cloud-based storage. It is the policy of the University of Missouri to honor software license agreements and to require all users to do likewise. The Division of Information Technology will not knowingly assist, or permit its equipment to be used, in violation of such agreements. The software must not be copied for someone else or loaned to someone else for them to copy.
All licenses are based on the stated license period, regardless of the date they were purchased. This means that in order to maintain access, they must be renewed annually. Please ensure you keep track of your renewal dates to avoid any interruptions in service.
The license agreement expires upon the termination of the user’s affiliation with the University of Missouri.
