Twilio has IT Compliance approval for Data Classification Levels 1 and 2 only (See the UM System Data Classification page for more information).
If you are using these tools for business, research or academic use and the data moves into student coursework or activities with Restricted and Highly Restricted data is used you must enter an IT compliance review ticket for your specific software use and receive approval. All Cloud-based software that requires account creation must follow MU DoIT Password Standards.
Individuals at MU are ultimately responsible for any infringing software on their computers or devices or for violating the terms and conditions of software licenses. Individuals are responsible for reviewing the Acceptable Use Policy on the UM System website.
