Individuals part of the MU School of Medicine, the MU Sinclair School of Nursing and the MU College of Health Sciences, as well as anyone who accesses protected health information must follow these guidelines:

Do not discuss, enter or upload DCL-4 data, including, but not limited to protected health information (PHI) and social security numbers while in meetings being recorded by Teams Premium.

Do not enter or upload any health information, including de-identified data.

De-Identified Data Sets must be certified by MUHC Information Security, per MUHC policy.

Prompts may not include DCL-4 data (such as patient names, medical record numbers, social security numbers, date of birth, date of procedure/treatment).
