Google Drive is a cloud-based storage and collaboration platform that allows users to store files securely online, access them from any device, and share them easily with others.

Important:

The software on this page has been reviewed and approved for lower-level data use. 

Google Drive has IT Compliance approval for Data Classification Levels 3 only (See the UM System Data Classification page for more information). 

If you are using these tools for business, research or academic use and the data moves into DCL4 Highly Restricted data is used you must enter an IT compliance review ticket for your specific software use and receive approval.
