Kendal Lyssy is a third-year doctoral student in MU’s Department of Communication. She also is the department’s first blind PhD candidate and a strong advocate for digital accessibility. As a student and instructor, she’s using her experiences in higher ed to help ensure that all users are empowered with technologies that are usable by everyone.

New Service Management Solution coming 2025
In Spring 2023, the Division of IT Enterprise Service Management team collaborated with a steering committee representing campuses in the UM System and MU Health Care to assess alternative ticketing solutions. The goal was to replace Cherwell, the current service management platform, with a system that would meet both current and future needs. After thorough research and feedback, the committee chose TeamDynamix as the new, comprehensive ticketing system.

This license gives Tigers access to every Adobe Creative suite desktop application, cloud-based storage and more. The annual license can be purchased any time and expires July 21 every year.

Your Student ID (TigerCard) is important. It’s more than just your room key in your residence hall and your access to campus dining meal plans and dining locations. You must submit your photo before you can sign-up for a residence hall move-in appointment.
