Faculty/Staff: Manage Your Password
All MU and UM System employees must change their password annually. Employees of the University Hospital and Clinics and the Schools of Health Professions and Medicine must reset their password every 180 days. This mandatory password change will ensure all user passwords meet current security requirements as well as comply with best practices for password duration.
Passwords can be changed any time by using the Password Manager tool. You will need to know your current password in order to establish a new password.If you've forgotten your password, you will need to create a new one using the Password Reset tool. The Password Reset tool will ask you for the answers to your three security questions. If you answer correctly, you can create your new password.
Manage your password at any time with the Three Questions Password Manager. These three security questions will allow you to change a password or reset a forgotten one.
Students: Forgot A Password?
Your UserID is used for on-campus technology resources (computing sites, Blackboard, etc.) you will use myZou to reset your UserID password. Click the Forgot Your Password? link in myZou, then the Current Users button, and follow the instructions. (Be sure to remember it for next time!)
Use the Windows Live Tool for resetting your Windows Live password. Windows Live ID and password is used to access Outlook Live email and other Windows Live Features. This password is separate from your UserID password. It is highly recommended that you use a password different than your UserID password.

If you are the owner of any resource accounts, use the Resource Account Password Manager tool to change your password(s). Note: use your personal PawPrint (not resource account name) to log in to this tool.
