Beginning in July, the Division of IT is changing the process for renewing your Adobe software license. Your IT Pro will no longer ask you if you want to renew your license and will automatically renew the license unless you notify us otherwise.
In July, an email will be sent to all employees who are eligible for an automatic Adobe software license renewal. To cancel your subscription, simply respond to the email and ask for your license to be canceled.
Any users who wish to cancel, must notify DoIT by July 28, the last day you will have access to your Adobe license.
If you would like to renew your Adobe license, no further action is required.
This change comes as an effort to streamline our process and make it less burdensome on the license holder, fiscal officer and IT Pro.
Note: Some license holders will not be eligible to auto renew. Current license holders whose MoCode is invalid after July 1 will receive an email asking for an updated Mocode or to cancel.
