On November 20, 2021, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required when logging in to myZou. In addition to this, the Student Center and overall user experience will be enhanced. Information about the upcoming changes and what to expect when logging in after that date can be found on the UM System website.
The MFA process will match the process for accessing your university email. If you have already used MFA to access your university email, no additional registration steps are required.
It is recommended that you clear your browser cache and cookies; as well as restart your browser the first time you log in after November 20th. For information on completing these required steps please reference the Division of IT knowledge article. If you experience difficulties during the process, please reach out to your IT Tech Support team.
