Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office) has many collaboration, communication and storage features available to support your work. We have partnered with Microsoft to offer a series of online training sessions over the next few weeks. Sessions range in topics from Teams for Collaboration and Communication to Using Microsoft Planner and To Do. Learn more about the sessions and reserve your spot on our website.
Microsoft OneDrive (included as a part of the Microsoft 365 suite) is the new standard for storing documents and files. We’ll soon reach out to provide you information on how the university will move your work files from Box to Microsoft 365 by no later than August 1, 2021. This effort will improve collaboration and communication, enhance the security of our university data and result in substantial cost savings. Files will be moved by IT systematically, but you are also welcome to move files on your own using self-help resources.
