In-Room Tech Support

The In-Room Tech Support program works with the Department of Residential Life to provide free in-room support for students living in the residence halls, providing assistance with:

  • Cable TV problems!
  • Computer problems!
  • Gaming system setup!
  • General troubleshooting issues!
  • Networking issues!
  • Printer setup!
  • Software questions!

Go to doitservices.missouri.edu to request in-room support. Login to the self-service portal with your University id and password, select Service Catalog, and search for ResTech.
