The IT Pro Training program is dedicated to locating and providing high quality training to the IT Pro community at the University of Missouri. We do this by working directly with IT Pros to find the training that they need to continue to provide excellent service to the faculty, staff, and students at Mizzou.
The IT Pro Training Program is designed to provide IT Professionals with a variety of training opportunities, including the following:
NOTE: Enrollments for IT Pro Training classes will close ten business days prior to the training to ensure that the training vendor has time to secure sufficient resources for the class.
MyLearn offers training resources in many areas, from highly technical topics to software application instruction, as well as business skills development and legal compliance awareness. Access is provided for faculty and staff of the University of Missouri in cooperation with UM System and SkillSoft. For additional information and registration, please visit myLearn.
Microsoft Virtual Academy offers a variety of courses, including courses on SCCM, PowerShell, and AD. Feel free to browse offerings ranging from Managing Desktop & Devices to App Development.

The Microsoft Systems and Servers E-Learning is an online IT training/learning program. Access is provided by IT Pro Training for tfaculty and staff of the University of Missouri-Columbia campus. Microsoft Silverlight Learning Snacks are short, interactive presentations about IT Pro topics created by Microsoft Learning experts. At the end of each free presentation, you can view more Snacks, learn more about the topic, or visit a related website.
The IT Pro Training program is provided for IT Professionals.
You can register for courses using the DoIT Training Online Registration application. This should be done no later than 11 working days before that course begins. Classes with fewer than four enrollees will be cancelled ten business days prior to the start date.
Enrollees who wish to cancel their registration in a course must go to the IT Training Online Registration application no later than five business days before the start of the course. After five business days, the full course amount will be charged to your account.
