Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) captures and organizes all types of documents, then retrieves those documents instantly and securely from anywhere via the web or a configured local machine. Perceptive Content can help streamline paperwork and improve workflow efficiency!
The Perceptive Content software suite allows departments to organize content from many different sources, including paper documents. Once imported, files are stored in a virutal filing cabinet or easily shared with colleagues.
Perceptive Content ensures that all documents are secure, quicly retrievable and tied to the files and application you want, including comments and annotations as needed. Already using a digital process? Incorporate Percetive Content to make it even more effecient.
Why use Perceptive Content?
WebNow is a browser-based version of Perceptive Content. WebNow does not have all the features of the full Perceptive Content application (such as scanning documents) but does allow access to your documents even while away from your office.
Implementation fees and change requests are covered under the University Administrative Services Budget.
Clients are responsible for ordering a scanner if needed. The Imaging Team will help you determine a scanner to best suit your needs, and help you order a scanner at a discount from approved University vendors.
Documents can be imported into Perceptive Content via electronic methods, and in most cases a scanner is not needed. A team member will discuss these options with you.
One-time fee: $1,540*
Scanner Annual Maintenance: $370**
*We currently have a surplus of scanner licenses and this cost is typically waived and an existing license is assigned to a department.
**Scanner license fees are paid to the Perceptive Content vendor and rebilled to departments. Costs typically increase by 10% a year.
