CI Day 2016

Thank you to everyone who attended the third annual CI Day yesterday at Memorial Union yesterday. One of the primary goals of CI Day is to encourage and facilitate interdisciplinary and multi-contextual collaboration. We hope that you found the conference informative and worthwhile.

As part of the CI day event, iLab is also hosting a visualization and virtual reality open house this Friday (tomorrow) from noon to 5:00 p.m. in 233 Stanley Hall. arch.missouri.edu/ilab/about.html

They will showcase work from multiple research groups across campus who work on 3D visualization. Please share the information with anyone in your division/college with an interest in visualization or VR.

The Columbia Public Schools STEAM Bus will also be outside Memorial Union on Hitt Street with VR activities for children hosted by StoryUP VR, a Columbia-based VR start-up company doing 3D documentary and brand promotion.
