March 24, 2017 — In spring of 2016, the University of Missouri campus and Health System welcomed a new unified communications (UC) service to replace the preexisting phone system. Although the entire project isn’t scheduled for completion until the end of 2018, the UC team has replaced 25-30% of the phones.

March 8, 2017 — Save your emails before they are gone! Any emails in your Deleted Items or Junk E-mail folders will be deleted after 30 days. Feb. 28, 2017 — On Wednesday, March 1, The Division of IT will be rolling out a new IT system status solution. Once the new software is implemented you will be able to head over to status.missouri.edu to check in on the status of IT system issues.
Feb. 9, 2017 — Be sure to clear out your deleted items folder. Beginning February 15, messages in the “Deleted Items” folder will remain there for only 30 days and will then be permanently deleted.
Jan. 24, 2017 — If you want to advance your photography skills beyond Instagram, mark your calendars for Photography Days! The Division of IT will be hosting this two-day training session on April 19 and 20. It will offer classes on Photoshop, Lightroom, camera basics, and a (registration free) campus photo walk.
