Enrollment Policies

MU Students and Retirees

1. Classes are free if you attend.
2. Enrollment closes 24 hours before the start of the course.
3. You enter your student charge number at time of enrollment.
4. We send course e-mail reminders 72 hours before the start of class to remind you to cancel 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) in advance if you can't attend.
5. You must cancel at least 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) before the start of the course to avoid a late cancellation fee.
6. If you enroll between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the course, you will not get an e-mail reminder.
7. If you don't attend and did not cancel, we'll charge a no-show fee on your student charge.
8. If we move you from the wait list to enrolled status within 48 hours of the start of the course, you will not incur a late cancellation/no-show fee if you can't attend.
9. The late cancellation/no-show fee is $71.00
10. In the case of an emergency, we'll consider waiving the late cancellation/no-show fee depending on the circumstances. E-mail the request with details to training@missouri.edu.
