Enterprise Applications Training
The Division of IT Training provides the entire UM workforce quality information technology training opportunities and resources to enhance productivity, knowledge, and skills to effectively perform job duties and/or achieve academic success.
Enterprise Application training is a shared responsibility between UM system and faculty, staff, and students from all campuses. Strategic goals include guiding training efforts through the implementation and upgrade of PeopleSoft Finance, Human Resources, and Student Administration applications; and providing an avenue for continuous development of employee skills and knowledge of administrative procedures and tools.
Implementation Phases outline the responsible parties and activities associated with curriculum design and development, train-the-trainer, training delivery and continuous education.
Training Standards help guide campuses in curriculum, course management, facilities, and trainer/trainee identification.
