Voicemail Services

Voicemail is an optional service available on most University phone lines. Voicemail messages can be accessed from a telephone, email and a web portal.

Voicemail accounts come in three service levels — Standard, Extra-storage and Group voicemail. All three service levels offer the ability to have voicemail messages sent to your University email account.

Voicemail messages are purged from the system after 10 days. An active phone line is required for voicemail service.

Standard voicemail

• 16MB of storage (approximately 50 messages, 30 seconds each)
• Fee: $2.50/month

Extra-storage voicemail

• 50MB of storage (approximately 150 messages, 30 seconds)
• Fee: $6/month

Group voicemail

• Up to nine separate voicemail accounts on a shared telephone number
• Typically used in locations where an office is shared by multiple people
• Fee: $6/month

One-time fees may apply to add or modify voicemail services. Disconnection requests are processed at no charge.
