Mizzou Integrated Messaging Services
NEW DATES! University voice mail will be converted to a new system this summer. New features include the ability to change mailbox settings using the Web, the ability to listen to voice mail messages via e-mail attachments and the ability to configure your voice mailbox to allow callers to "follow" you to your mobile phone.
The conversion schedule is:
- New basic mailboxes for current subscribers are now available.
- June 1 through July 31, users should change their passcode, record their name and record their greeting using the instructions found on the getting started page.
- Voice mail messages will be delivered to the new system beginning August 1.
- Messages will be available within the normal 10-day cycle until September 1.
- Please note that this Web site is changing daily as we continue to update information.
Voice Messaging Services
Mizzou Integrated Messaging Services (MIMS) encompasses traditional voice mail, integrated messaging and follow me service. MIMS is available to University faculty and staff.
- Basic Voice Mail
- Telephone access to manage voice mail messages.
- Web access to change user status, invoke announcement only and assign priority to messages.

- Integrated Messaging with Follow Me:

- Define mailbox parameters to allow certain callers to follow you to telephone numbers of your choice.
- Interaction rules for incoming calls and voice mail including custom greetings per caller, message notification via phone and e-mail and automatically forward voice mail messages to e-mail accounts.
Fees
MIMS offers Basic Voice Mail or Integrated Messaging capability. The Follow Me feature is available as an additional subscription.

Availability
Authorized signers should request service by contacting the Division of IT.
myMessaging
The myMessaging Web site is a free and secure site for MIMS users. It allows subscribers to make changes to their voice mailbox, look up other MIMS users, add calling rules, create personal groups and more. MIMS subscribers should login with their University username (PawPrint) and password.
