Smart Device E-Mail Access

Windows Mobile

A Windows Mobile-based Smartphone connects directly and works natively with the University's Exchange Server. With a Windows Smartphone, you have access to the following resources:

  • e-mail messages
  • calendar
  • personal contacts
  • tasks
  • attachments

The recommended method to obtain University e-mail synchronization on your smartphone/PDA is through a device that utilizes the Windows Mobile operating system.

Non-Windows Mobile Operating Systems

Users with Palm and Blackberry operating systems may redirect mail from their desktop (not recommended). The Blackberry Internet Service comes with every Blackberry smartphone and is activated with a data plan.
