Departmental Calling Cards
The MU calling card is available to MU faculty and staff for placing long-distance calls from a non-University telephone. It is perfect for faculty and staff working from home or traveling on business.
The MU calling card can be used anywhere. However, when placing a call from an on-campus telephone, it is less expensive to use a long-distance service.
Fees
MU Calling Card rates are eight cents per minute for all calls to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. A 25-cent surcharge is applied to all calls.

Availability
Faculty and staff can sign up for calling card service through their department supervisor/manager. This service is to be used for business purposes only (please refer to MU Business Policy and Procedure Manual, Section 5:020).
Order Form
Please download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader required for the Long-distance and calling card form. Mac users: If you are using Firefox or have a classic Mac, please save the form to your desktop and open it in Acrobat. For questions, call (573)882-2000 or send an e-mail to the Division of IT.
Form Instructions
- Complete the online order form.
- Click the Submit button, and Outlook will generate an e-mail (with attached PDF file). Please e-mail the attached PDF file.
- From your e-mail client click the Send button and the order is sent to your signatory for review and the Division of IT for processing.
- Once the order has been processed, you will be contacted by the Division of IT with instructions.
Changes or Cancellations
Go to the order form above and send a new order marking your changes or cancelation.
