Software Resources and Support
The IT Help Desk provides assistance for centrally-supported software. Support for other software titles or older versions of the listed titles is limited or unavailable. For assistance with specialized academic software, contact your instructor.
Special Notes: After extensive testing of Windows Vista Enterprise Edition, the Division of IT will not move to Windows Vista in the general access computing labs. The IT Help Desk will support Vista users to the best ouf our ability. At this time, we are evaluating Windows 7 and may move to it in the future.
We can support some applications more effectively through training. Supplementing support with training enables us to offer more software products than we can realistically support from the IT Help Desk alone. We have noted these applications below.
