Microsoft Operating Systems and Upgrades
Availability and Pricing
Microsoft is available to the following campuses for departmental purchase only:
- Columbia
- Missouri S&T
- Kansas City
- St. Louis
- UMC Hospital
- UM System
Individual faculty, staff and students can purchase Microsoft products at TigerTech. Students receive discounted student prices.
Departmental IT professionals can download the following operating systems from the Software Distribution Center at no charge
- Windows Vista Enterprise upgrade
- Windows XP Professional upgrade
- Office Pro 2003 upgrade
- Office Enterprise 2007 upgrade
- Office v. X upgrade
- Macintosh Office 2004 upgrade
Note: Windows Vista Ultimate upgrade is not available for download.
In order to take advantage of the downloads, a fully licensed version of Windows (any version) must be installed on the computer.
