Microsoft Application and Server Software

Availability

Microsoft application and server software is available to the following campuses for departmental purchase:
  • Columbia
  • Missouri S&T
  • Kansas City
  • St. Louis
  • University Hospital
  • UM System

Individual faculty, staff and students can purchase Microsoft products at TigerTech.

For departmental purchase, use the order form below, or contact your departmental IT professional to order. If your department does not have an IT professional, call the Division of Information Technology at (573)882-2000.

Order Form

Please download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader required for the Microsoft application and server software form. Mac users: If you are using Firefox or have a classic Mac, please save the form to your desktop and open it in Acrobat. For questions, call (573)882-2000 or send an e-mail to the Division of IT.

*Client Access License (CAL) gives permission to access a server. This covers Windows, Exchange, SharePoint and Systems Management Server.

Ordering Information

Form Instructions

  1. Complete the online order form.
  2. If off campus, please give complete address.
  3. Payment with MoCode:
    • Click the MoCode button, and the MoCode information will appear. Enter your MoCode, authorized signatory, and signatory e-mail address.
    • Click the Submit button, and Outlook will generate an e-mail (with attached data file). Please e-mail the attached data file to process the order.
  4. Payment with UniCard:
    • Click the UniCard button, and the UniCard information and print button will appear. Enter your UniCard number, expiration dates, and authorized signatory name.
    • Click the Submit button, and Outlook will generate an e-mail (with attached data file). Please e-mail the attached data file and print/fax the order to (573)884-5240. (We require a separate fax because the e-mailed data file does not include the UniCard number for security reasons.)
  5. Once the payment order has been processed, the order will be mailed to the person/address that filled out the form.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products have a thirty-day return policy. A receipt is required. Any defective products can be exchanged for like items only. Products which have been opened will not be refunded. Return items to the Division of Information Technology, 615 Locust St.

Software Policy

It is the policy of the University of Missouri to honor software license agreements and to encourage all users to do likewise. The Division of Information Technology will not knowingly assist in, or permit its equipment to be used in, violation of such agreements. The software must not be copied for someone else or loaned to someone else for them to copy. Departmental purchases must be made using a MOCode or Unicard. The license agreement expires upon the termination of the user's affiliation with the University of Missouri.
