Division of IT: Computing Sites

Reserving a Computing Site Classroom

The Division of Information Technology maintains several classroom computing sites around campus that are designed to be hands-on teaching facilities containing special equipment and software. All classroom computing sites include word processing and Internet software, and with the exception of the Linux Workstations, spreadsheet and presentation software. Standard equipment includes high-quality laser printers and chalkboards and/or white boards. Computer projectors are available in most of the classroom computing sites. Reservations are requested during regular hours of operation; site schedules change during intersession and other University holiday periods. Hardware and software are subject to change.

The Division of IT Classroom Computing Site Calendars can only be viewed using Outlook. From the main Outlook window:

  1. Click on the Tools pull-down menu.
