2006 MU Security Awareness Day
About the Workshops
To help educate people about computer and information security, the Division of IT is hosting the third annual MU Security Awareness Month. MU Security Awareness Month consists of free workshops that will bring subject matter experts on a variety of security related topics to MU.
This year's schedule features presentations on a variety of topics such as identity theft, keeping kids safe online, security auditing, and spam filtering.
The workshops are open to all MU faculty, staff. Each time you attend a workshop, you are entered in a raffle to win great prizes - the more workshops you attend, the better your chances of winning!
Audience participation is encouraged, so bring your questions and take full advantage of the subject matter experts that will be on-hand to answer them.
