TigerLink Plus (DSL Service)

TigerLink Plus offers connectivity to the University network in on-campus buildings or other facilities that do not have wired network connections or where wireless network access is unavailable. Through TigerLink Plus, users can access resources such as email, course management systems and the Internet. TigerLink Plus runs at speeds of 1-5 Mbps.

Fees

Service is available for $25 a month plus applicable installation charges.

Availability

Departments can subscribe to TigerLink Plus in circumstances where network services are not available, such as temporary buildings, special event locations, or construction trailers. Requests should be submitted through the Division of IT's MyServices application.

Students living in campus housing without wired network connections have TigerLink Plus active in their apartments. Those buildings are:

• Manor House
• University Heights
• University Village

TigerLink Plus is included in the room rate for these buildings. Modems are provided in the apartments (and should remain there when you leave). If you do not have a modem in your apartment, please contact Residential Life at (573)882-7275.
