The ResTech program works with the Department of Residential Life to provide free in-room support for students living in the residence halls, providng assistance with:
- Cable TV problems
- Computer problems
- Gaming system setup
- General troubleshooting issues
- Networking issues
- Printer setup
- Software questions
- Telephone/voicemail problems
While school is in session, Monday through Friday 5pm-8pm there is the Restech Office located at 1160 Center Hall. This location provides walk-up support for Restech services and does not require an appointment. If you are having computer problems or just have questions and do not wish to make an appointment, this may be your preferred option.
