The ResTech program works closely with Residential Life to support your information technology needs. ResTech offers free in-room support for:
- Computer problems
- Software questions
- General troubleshooting issues
- Telephone/voicemail problems
- Cable TV problems
- Gaming system setup
- Networking issues

ResTech Hours
Office hours enable you to get walk-up support with a ResTech — no appointment necessary. If you need support, please feel free to go to our office located at 1160 Center Hall. The office hours are: Monday through Friday 5pm - 8pm during while school is in session.
ResTech Training
Small groups of residence hall students? Want to learn more about an application? The ResTech program offers free custom training. Just complete the ResTech training request form. A ResTech will contact you via email or phone within two business days.
