Will SharePoint eliminate countless meetings? SharePoint offers a method to reduce the number face-to-face meetings. Real-time discussions can take place from anywhere on the Internet. You can even save discussion threads for later review. Can SharePoint be used for organizing meeting agendas and associated meeting documents? SharePoint provides a central location for meeting agendas, objectives, tasks and documents accessible to team members. Having a central document repository reduces the numerous e-mail and attachment exchanges between meeting attendees. What if our group collaborates with off-campus affiliates?
