FeesA memorandum of understanding (MOU) governs the cost of development and maintenance. Development charges are $96/hour. The MOU lists the estimated number of hours and the total cost. Note: Development will likely require separate design and construction MOUs. You pay 50% of the estimated cost at MOU signing and the remaining 50% at acceptance. If the total actual hours are less than the total estimated hours, you pay only the actual balance at acceptance. We discount the hourly rate 10% for projects exceeding an estimated 100 hours and for every block of 100 hours up to a maximum of 300 hours. If you have major requirements, specifications, and/or design changes after signing the MOU, we have to re-scope and re-estimate the project. You are financially responsible for all hours above the original estimate. If at project completion, the total actual hours of work are fewer than the estimated hours, we deduct the difference from the final payment. We charge back ongoing maintenance charges annually under the terms of a maintenance agreement MOU for a specified number of hours or on a time-and-materials basis. Maintenance includes repair of critical and non-critical defects, security patching, data management, report development, user interface improvements, etc.Obtaining ServiceContact Mary Hegeman, Applications Manager, at (573)884-1221. |
