Backup and Restoration Services
The Division of Information Technology offers backup service for departmental and student organization-owned servers. The responsibility for restoring data from backups depends on who administers the server. The Division of IT restores data to servers for customers subscribing to System Administration Service; system administrators for department- and student-owned servers are responsible for restoring data to their servers.
The fee for backup is $1/10 GB/month. The billable gigabyte total is calculated based on peak monthly usage.
