Division of IT: User Accounts
Account EligibilityTo be eligible for computing resources, an individual must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Account DeletionThe Divison of IT regularly reviews individual account holders to determine if they are eligible for electronic resources on campus. Account holders who are ineligible for resources will be notified via e-mail. Accounts will be locked one week later and deleted three weeks following. Once accounts are deleted they cannot be restored. Faculty/staff: Your account will be reviewed for deletion within 30 days of leaving your position at the University. Students: If you graduate or leave the University during the winter or summer semesters, your account will be reviewed for deletion in the beginning of October. If you graduate or leave the University during fall semester, your account will be reviewed for deletion in February. If you believe you have been mistakenly identified for deletion, call the IT Help Desk at (573)882-5000 or e-mail the Division of IT.RetireesIf you are a retiree and wish to maintain your account, you may sign up for the Easy Access Retiree Program. |
